Google Ads Specialist

Role Summary

We're looking for a passionate Google Ads Specialist to drive performance marketing and scale our brand visibility.

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Plan, launch, and manage high-budget paid search & shopping campaigns on Google Ads (?50L+/month)
• Drive traffic and conversions for D2C e-commerce through Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to maximize ROI
• Optimize campaigns, audience targeting, and continuous A/B testing
• Track, measure, and improve performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, and conversions
• Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals

Must Have -

• 13 years of experience in SEM/Performance Marketing at an e-commerce, D2C, or agency environment
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Google Analytics, and SEM tools
• Performance-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in e-commerce marketing and understanding of consumer purchase behavior is a plus
