Role Overview

As a Finance & Investor Relations Intern, you will work closely with the founding team on financial planning, reporting, and investor communication. This role is ideal for someone passionate about startups, finance, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial models, budgets, and projections.

• Support in drafting pitch decks, investor reports, and presentations.

• Manage communication with investors and maintain an updated investor database.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial summaries and performance dashboards.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for fundraising insights.

• Support the founding team in fundraising activities (due diligence, follow-ups, documentation).

• Coordinate with finance & accounts team for data accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Pursuing/completed MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CFA (L1/L2), or similar qualification.

• Strong grasp of financial modeling, accounting, and valuation methods.

• Excellent analytical, research, and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a startup environment.

• Familiarity with investor relations, fundraising, or startup finance is a plus.
