We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Finance Intern to join our finance team. This internship provides hands-on experience in core financial operations such as bookkeeping, expense management, invoice processing, and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical skills, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and a willingness to learn in a professional work environment. As a Finance Intern, you will assist the team in managing financial records, tracking day-to-day transactions, and supporting various financial processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting practices. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining organized records. Support the preparation and updating of expense tracking sheets. Help verify invoices, bills, and receipts for accuracy before processing. Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals and payment follow-ups. Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and basic account statements. Help manage petty cash entries and prepare reimbursement documentation. Work on reconciling bank statements and updating ledger entries. Support in organizing files and financial documents for internal or external audits. Help track accounts receivable and payable and maintain payment status reports. Learn and apply basic financial policies and accounting procedures followed by the company.
