Job Description

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer – Fresher to join our engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in mechanical systems, design, production, and site operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in mechanical engineering, basic knowledge of CAD tools, and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment. As a fresher, you will work under the guidance of senior engineers and support various stages of project execution — including design drafting, material selection, quality checks, and coordination with other departments. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and project documents. Support in preparing 2D/3D mechanical designs using CAD software under supervision. Help with material selection and quantity estimation based on design and project needs. Coordinate with the production or fabrication team to ensure adherence to design and quality standards. Participate in inspection of materials and components during manufacturing or site installation. Assist in preparing technical reports, documentation, and test records. Work with senior engineers to troubleshoot mechanical issues in products or systems. Monitor safety protocols and quality procedures during execution. Coordinate with vendors or suppliers for basic technical clarifications. Learn and follow standard engineering practices, industry codes, and company guidelines.
