Roles & Responsibilities of Sales Coordinator: Required only project sales experienced candidates. Responsible for Civil/Pre-Engineered Buildings and roofings segment. Department: Commercial and Industrial. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share. Manage a sales representative, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effectively pitching our product. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client. Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient delivery, internal team, design, accounts and HR team. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.
