Finance - Family Office

Purpose/Objective

This role is responsible for assisting Team Lead - Mid Office Support in trade execution, transaction monitoring, and MIS reporting to support smooth mid-office operations.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Team Member - Mid Office Support - O3 Trade Execution & Processing: - Assist in executing trades under the supervision of the Team Lead. - Ensure trade confirmations are received and reconciled with broker statements. - Verify payment settlements and monitor fund movements. MIS & Reporting: - Maintain accurate MIS updates for all executed trades. - Support in preparing reports on trade status, execution performance, and risk assessment. - Assist in documentation and record-keeping for audits and compliance reviews. Operational Support & Compliance: - Ensure all transactions adhere to internal and regulatory requirements. - Assist in addressing transactional discrepancies and resolving operational issues. - Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in trade execution and reporting. Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in commerce with Finance specialization. Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in trade operations, financial transactions, or investment support.
