About the Department:
Securities Operations ensures accurate security data and analytics for Brandywine Global. The team manages security master records, valuations, corporate actions, and proxy voting. Members collaborate closely with Trading, Compliance, Client Service, Technology, and external vendors to maintain data integrity. Joining this team offers exposure to global investment operations, opportunities to in ate, and a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
How You Will Add Value?

You will maintain and up security reference data across accounting and order management systems.

You will follow valuation policies and ensure compliance.

You will process pricing, corporate actions, and resolve data exceptions.

You will liaise with vendors, traders, and custodians to solve complex challenges.

You will manage proxy voting and coordinate with legal and front-office teams.

You will communicate voluntary corporate actions and process them accurately.

You will oversee bench k providers and implement new data when needed.

You will mentor new team members and support training.

You will maintain valuation documentation for audits and inquiries.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?
Experience & Education:

5+ years in equity, fixed income, or derivatives kets

Strong knowledge of investment products and systems

Familiarity with securities processing platforms and valuation inputs
