Urgent Hiring For Branch Audit-Leading NBFC

Role Purpose

To execute Branch audits across multiple locations of Gujarat / Tamil Nadu, ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and industry best practices. The incumbent will play a key role in auditing ECLF branches and provide assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure to conduct branch audit as per approved audit plan.
• Ensure all the necessary steps (Opening Meeting/Walkthroughs/Closing Meeting/draft report issuance and Issuance of final report) during audits are conducted for a successful audit
• Ensure that all the audit papers, evidence, reports are properly documented.
• Ensuring adherence to Compliance and regulations. Emphasize the importance during the functional and branch audits.
• Work on the risk-based audit plans for Branches and adhere to the frequency of visits
• Highlight critical observations to the HIA.
• Preparation of draft and final audit reports
• Evidence to be collected for closure of open observations.
• Track and validate remediation of audit observations and ensure timely closure of high, medium and low risk issues. Follow up on ATRs
• Conduct other audits and assignments as per HIA directions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BCOM, MCOM or equivalent.
• Experience: 35 years of experience in audit, CA firms, Branch Audit, Risk Management within NBFCs or Banks. Overall experience of 7+ years.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of NBFC regulatory framework and RBI circulars.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics and excel.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Additional Attributes

• `Exposure to risk-based audit methodologies will be an added advantage.
