About the role:

Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain project/client data to support decision-making and accurate reporting.
• Create and publish charts and summary tables for easy data visualization and analysis.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of project/client data with organizational databases and accounts.
• Prepare, discuss, and document detailed reports on projects and clients, identifying issues.
• Invoice clients promptly for services, handle queries, and coordinate with internal contacts.
• Resolve vendor disputes, ensure invoices are entered timely, and reconcile statements of accounts.
• Manage monthly and annual GST return filings for compliance with Indian regulations.
• Handle monthly TDS filings for the Indian entity and assist with compliance audits.

You Should Apply if You:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. CA Inter Pass is an added advantage
• 2+ years of experience in a Finance team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate financial details
• Well versed with MS Office, Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
