Locations: Kochi, India

Experience: 1–2+ years in the marine industry preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage cash flow

• Prepare & analyze P&L reports and financial summaries

• Handle contract administration for third-party suppliers and service providers

• Support the management team in budgeting and other compliance-related matters

• Oversee documentation, vendor follow-ups, and maintain compliance records of all third-party and in-house teams.

• Ensure timely coordination with internal departments and external partners

• Support day-to-day admin and finance operations

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
• Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus
