About the Role

Zoho Books

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial records and ledgers
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable
  • Process vendor payments and coordinate with vendors
  • Perform invoice checks, follow-ups, and reconciliations
  • Assist in monthly and annual financial statements
  • Reconcile bank statements and track cash flow
  • Ensure accurate data entry in Zoho Books
  • Support finance operations and reporting
