The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.

Key Responsibilities

● Set and achieve targets for app downloads and outlet expansion.

● Monitor Swiggy/Zomato for GTM parameters and discount usage.

● Conduct location analysis and field research for new outlets.

● Oversee outlet launches and ensure GTM alignment.

● Train and monitor outlet managers on sales techniques.

● Acquire B2B clients and manage discount strategies.

● Address customer complaints and improve app ratings.

● Collect data and plan for future outlet expansion.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

● A Master's degree or MBA in Marketing is an advantage.

● Experience 2-3 years of experience in field marketing in a similar role.

● Proven track record of achieving targets, particularly in app downloads and outlet openings.

● Strong ability to plan, execute, and manage outlet launches.

● Time management to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
