Primary Responsibilities Chatbot Testing & Drafting: Test the Lawroom chatbot for accuracy, clarity, and usability. Draft and refine legal answers and conversational responses. Content Collection & Material Gathering: Identify and curate legal statutes, case laws, and secondary resources for AI training and drafting purposes. Market Fit Assessment: Actively assess and report how well Lawroom's solutions meet real legal user needs (both professionals and laymen). Online & Offline Marketing Support: Contribute to outreach efforts – draft content for social media, presentations, and help organize webinars or field tests. Legal R&D and Problem Scouting: Stay updated on emerging legal issues, reforms, and trends. Suggest innovative use-cases for AI in the legal domain. Drafting Innovations: Develop and refine new legal content, templates, and structures suited for diverse user groups and platforms. Multilingual Draft Testing: Translate and test legal content across Indian languages, evaluating quality, usability, and legal accuracy. Key Responsibilities (Phase 2 & Core Contributions) Simplification of Laws and Case Laws Rewrite complex statutes and landmark judgments into layman-friendly and lawyer-optimized formats Create brief summaries and use structured templates (rights, remedies, forums, timelines) Multilingual Translation Translate simplified content into regional languages, maintaining legal integrity and cultural accuracy Legal FAQs Creation Frame practical Q&A for both legal practitioners and public users, drawn from real legal queries AI Training Dataset Development Curate, tag, and format content for structured use in AI/ML model training and chatbot refinement Template Testing & UX Input Test drafts with real users and help improve readability, visual layout, and navigation structure Research Support Assist in identifying high-impact legal topics and emerging areas of law for future expansion Eligibility Criteria Educational Background: Senior LLB students from National Law Universities (NLUs) or other reputed law schools 5-Year Law Programme: Open to 3rd year and above 3-Year Law Programme: Open to 2nd year and above Skill Requirements: Excellent legal research and drafting skills Strong interest in legal-tech, AI, and innovation Proficiency in at least one Indian regional language (in addition to English) CV must list all known languages clearly Desirable: Skills in visual/legal design (flowcharts, infographics, etc.) Writing Sample Requirement: Submit one writing sample in each language you claim proficiency in (can be informal or unpublished) Learning Outcomes Gain firsthand experience in legal-tech and AI chatbot development Improve drafting skills for professional and public-facing legal content Exposure to legal innovation, multilingual content, and structured simplification Opportunity to contribute to a high-impact, interdisciplinary legal-tech project

This role is ideal for a High Court practitioner or an experienced legal professional with 7–10 years of expertise in drafting petitions and legal documents, who’s curious about how technology can transform legal workflows. The position involves drafting and reviewing petitions and documents across multiple jurisdictions, including Punjab & Haryana, Delhi, and other major metro cities. Responsibilities : Draft and review High Court–level petitions, contracts, and legal documents. Provide insights to refine and validate Lawroom AI’s drafting capabilities. Collaborate with the product team to enhance legal accuracy and reliability. Ensure coverage of jurisdictional nuances for Punjab & Haryana, Delhi, and other major metros. Share expertise on legal language, formatting, and compliance standards. Requirements : Law graduate with 7–10 years of experience in litigation, drafting, or legal consulting.
