About the Role

Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including

  Accounts Receivable (AR)

  and

  Accounts Payable (AP)

  .
• Record and reconcile

  journal entries

  and maintain the

  general ledger

  .
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of

  invoices, vendor payments, and collections

  .
• Handle

  GST, TDS compliance, and related filings

  .
• Assist in

  month-end and year-end closing activities

  , including reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in

  Zoho Books/Zoho Finance

  .
• Support audits, statutory compliance, and internal financial reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy and timely reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

  .

• 1–3 years of experience

  in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of

  accounting principles, taxation (GST/TDS), and compliance

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and

  Zoho Books/Finance

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  journal entries, AR/AP, reconciliations, and book closure

  .
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
