Finance Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (Fresher) to support the Finance function of a leading real estate developer. The role involves assisting in accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and day-to-day finance operations related to real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining books of accounts for real estate projects.
  • Support preparation of monthly MIS, financial statements, and reports.
  • Assist in GST returns, reconciliations, and basic income tax compliance.
  • Track project expenses, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring activities.
  • Assist during statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation for invoices, contracts, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and projects for finance-related data.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.

Skills & Attributes

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant
  • Basic understanding of accounting standards and taxation.
  • Interest in real estate and construction finance.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong MS Excel knowledge and willingness to learn ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
