About the Role We are looking for a proactive Finance Executive to join our team and manage the day-to-day finance and MIS operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial processes, statutory compliance, and data management, along with strong coordination skills to liaise with our partner universities.  

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations including accounting, payables, and reconciliations.
• Handle statutory compliance such as TDS, GST, and vendor payments.
• Prepare, maintain, and update financial data, reports, and MIS dashboards.
• Coordinate with partner universities for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and settlements.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial documentation and reporting.
• Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in finance/accounts.
• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and accounts payable processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP software.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
