Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

●    Handle end-to-end accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries.

●    Manage GST filings, TDS, income tax compliance, and coordinate with auditors and consultants.

Management Information System (MIS)

●    Track and report P&L, cash flow, inventory, and other key financial metrics on a regular basis.

●    Collaborate with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams for budgeting and forecasting.

●    Work on cost optimization strategies and identify areas for financial efficiency.

●    Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.

●    Provide actionable insights from financial and operational data for business growth.

Requirements:

●    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance is a plus).

3-4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, specifically with a D2C e-commerce brand

MIS preparation, financial analysis, and data reporting.

●    Proficiency in Excel and accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar

●    Excellent understanding of e-commerce metrics, payment gateways, inventory accounting, and online reconciliations.

●    Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

●    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
