Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven and detail-oriented Finance Executive with hands-on experience in accounting, audit, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in financial regulations, statutory filings, and internal controls, with a passion for accuracy and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting:
  • Handle day-to-day accounting functions including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.

Compliance & Taxation

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns including GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI, and income tax.
  • Maintain a compliance calendar to track due dates and ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines.

Audit & Assurance

  • Support statutory, internal, and concurrent audits across various industries.
  • Prepare audit reports and present key findings with actionable recommendations to improve internal controls and efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of coordination reports such as Board Minutes, DIR-3, DPT-3, and other ROC filings.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Format and compile reports and presentations in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Prepare newsletters and informative content for internal and client communication.
