Have an eye for details and a keen numerical sense? Our Finance & Accounting Team upkeeps the financial health of the company and provides strategic insights to stakeholders, paving the way for further expansion and growth.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP, AR, GL, account reconciliation, etc.).
Preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
Liaise and provide support to internal stakeholders on financial matters.
Support forecasting and budgeting exercise.
Liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
Support compliance activities such as finance filing, tax filing, and audits.
Assist in implementation of new processes, policies and system when required.

About You

Qualification

A relevant Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Experience

1 – 7 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in MS Office applications Excel).
Knowledge in Xero/Netsuite system is an advantage.

Skills & Qualities

Independent, adaptable and able to meet tight deadline.
Willing to take on special projects and assignments when required.
Highly detail-oriented.
