Preparation of periodic finance reports and inventory reports for the clinic operationDetailed analysis and presentation of findings to Centre Manager/ Head of Finance/ Regional ManagerCollection, reconciliation, and accounting for following modes of fee payment Bank depositsCollection of fees through: cash, credit/debit card, online collection/web payment, central paymentPreparation for cheque indent for center related payments as per finance processHandling petty cash for the center as per finance processCash deposit for centers where cash in transit arrangement is not doneReconciliation of cash deposit with day's collection as per system reportsManage payments to vendors post approvals from the corporate finance teamEnsure compliance with the local rules and regulations including timely payment of local tax, filing of returnsInventory/Stock Monthly Stock take, reconciliation and following up on variances with HQ teamEnsures preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements before the month book closing along with the central accounting teamUndertake analysis and ad hoc reports for use by the finance department, using manual or computerized recordsAssisting in opening of bank accountsRegular interaction with local banks for banking related transactions.Responsible for ledger scrutiny of accounts and finalization of Trial BalanceCoordinate with various departments on accounting related activitiesCalculation of doctor's incentive and interacting with doctor'sHandling patient's queries and resolving them to patient's satisfactionAssist the HQ team in negotiation with the local vendorsAny other duties as may be assigned from time to time
