Manage and verify electricity bills for all assigned properties.
Track, analyze, and reconcile electricity consumption, meter readings, and vendor invoices.
Prepare monthly electricity MIS reports with accuracy.
Coordinate with operations, vendors, and electricity boards for billing discrepancies and resolutions.
Maintain detailed records of payments, advances, and adjustments.
Use Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis) for reporting and reconciliation.
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal financial controls.
Assist in other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
Strong experience in handling electricity billing (mandatory).
Advanced Excel proficiency is essential.
Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to handle large data sets with accuracy.
1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred).
