Role & responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM and custom solutions, ensuring best practices are applied. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define user journeys, and create user stories for HR processes . Drive the HRSD implementation in partnership with technical teams, ensuring solutions align with business objectives. Oversee the configuration of HR Case Management, Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events (onboarding/offboarding), and ITSM workflows . Advise on industry best practices for ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM , ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements. Support testing and deployment activities, ensuring successful go-live and adoption. Identify and mitigate requirement gaps and process inefficiencies to optimize HR and IT workflows . Provide post-implementation support and drive enhancements to maximize the value of ServiceNow. Work on custom development solutions within ServiceNow, including scripting, integrations, and custom applications to meet business needs. Preferred candidate profile: 4+ years of experience in HR processes , with a strong focus on onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management . 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD , including design and configuration. Proven experience in leading HRSD and ITSM implementations , including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Relations, Lifecycle Events, Incident, Change, and Request Management . Understanding of custom development in ServiceNow, including scripting, workflows, integrations, and UI customization . Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional ServiceNow HRSD and custom workflows . Experience working in Agile environments , with a deep understanding of user journeys and design thinking . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
