About the Role:

Finance Controller


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor cash flow, revenues, and expenditures to ensure effective cost control and profitability.
  • Develop and implement internal financial controls, procedures, and audit systems.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to management for decision-making.
  • Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team.
  • Ensure timely payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Support management in planning and implementing cost-saving initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CA qualification preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel accounting systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
