Cost Controller

As a Cost Controller at MGM Muthu Hotels, you will play a vital role in financial and administrative cost control. Your focus will be on maintaining accuracy in cost management, budgeting, and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making at the corporate level. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and monitor cost records and expense reports to ensure financial accuracy. - Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements. - Track, analyze, and report cost variances for effective cost control. - Review and verify invoices, contracts, and expense claims to uphold financial integrity. - Coordinate with Finance and Administration teams to ensure compliance with company policies. - Provide cost-related insights to management to support efficient financial planning. - Support internal audits and ensure proper documentation for financial transparency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cost control, accounting, or finance. - Strong analytical and reporting skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools. - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. - Excellent organizational and communication skills.
