Finance Co-ordinator

The Finance Coordinator is responsible for managing all finance-related activities at the dealership, including customer finance processing, coordination with banks and NBFCs, maintaining loan documentation, and ensuring timely disbursal of funds. The role demands accuracy, customer service, and strong coordination with both internal teams and external finance partners.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Finance Coordination

• Assist customers in understanding various car loan and finance options offered by banks/NBFCs.
• Collect and verify finance documentation from customers.
• Coordinate with financial institutions to ensure loan approval and timely disbursement.
• Update customers on application status and provide support throughout the finance process.

2. Bank/NBFC Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank and finance representatives.
• Negotiate and ensure competitive interest rates and schemes for customers.
• Track and follow up on pending disbursements or approvals.
• Maintain updated contact lists and terms for all partner banks.

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Verify and submit KYC documents, income proofs, and vehicle details as per bank/NBFC requirements.
• Ensure all finance files are complete, accurate, and compliant with dealership and finance company policies.
• Maintain digital and physical records for audit purposes.

4. Financial Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on finance performance, conversion ratios, and disbursement timelines.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for fund reconciliation and commission tracking.
• Support management with MIS reports and data analysis.

5. Customer Service & Support

• Provide clear communication and transparency to customers regarding finance status and terms.
• Resolve finance-related queries promptly.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from booking to delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of automotive finance products and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems (DMS).
• Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience.
