Finance Book Keeper

Job Title: Bookkeeper (Franchise Operations) Location: Nagpur Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Finance Manager / Director of Operation --- About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, specifically within a franchise-based business structure. This role requires the ability to handle day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records across multiple franchise units, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal SOPs. --- Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all franchise locations. Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, receipts, sales, and payments. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow across multiple outlets. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal use and audits. Ensure franchisees are adhering to standardized accounting procedures and systems. Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost tracking. Monitor royalty payments, franchise fees, and other franchise-specific financial obligations. Liaise with the CA team and ensure to maintain compliance in all records. --- Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role (minimum 2-5 years preferred). Prior experience in franchise or multi-location retail/F&B/business is highly desirable. Solid knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar). Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple franchisees. --- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Certification in bookkeeping or accounting (e.g., CA Inter, CPA, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with franchise models, SOP enforcement, and royalty tracking systems. --- Remuneration: 15k to 20k (Competitive salary based on experience) Start Date: 1st November, 2025
