Job Description

Job Title: Finance Associate Location: Mumbai Experience: 1–3 years Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Maintaining event operations Profit and loss statements Vendor Management Handle vendor payments, expense tracking, and ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements. Assist in investor reporting, board decks, and fundraising due diligence. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, tech) to allocate budgets and track ROI. Work closely with external consultants and auditors during financial audits and compliance checks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field 1–3 years of experience in finance/accounting (startup or tech environment preferred) Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax compliance (GST, TDS), and financial regulations Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Zoho Books Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment Show more Show less
