Finance Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations for clients, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, accrual basis accounting, and revenue recognition. Your role will involve posting month-end journal entries, communicating with clients, and preparing meeting agendas. This position offers growth opportunities and can lead to a Controller role within 5 years. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately manage bookkeeping tasks and reconcile all transactions. - Work on accrual accounting processes and assist in recognizing revenue for clients. - Post month-end journal entries to update financial records. - Respond to client inquiries through live chats and emails, providing timely updates. - Prepare meeting agendas to address important topics with clients and team members. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum of 1 year experience in an accounting or finance role. - ACCA Affiliate or equivalent qualification. - Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with double-entry accounting systems. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with teams and clients.
