Job Description

We are hiring telecallers to manage player interactions, confirm bookings, and support match-day operations if required for SportVot Play (Delhi). This role is perfect for people who love sports and have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
Outbound & inbound calling to players for bookings and confirmations
Update and maintain player database and booking sheets
Coordinate with on-ground staff to ensure smooth match operations
Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
Collect player feedback and report trends
Lead client correspondence
Handle customer inquiries and issues

Requirements

Strong spoken English/Hinglish communication
Comfortable with phones, WhatsApp and basic spreadsheets
Positive, punctual and team-oriented
2 months+ experience in telecalling / customer service preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Customer-service oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office
