Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Associate to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in finance or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Managing financial transactions and preparing reports.
Analyzing financial data and providing insights to management.
Developing and implementing financial models and forecasts.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and statements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as Excel and QuickBooks.
