Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Associate to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Marriott. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in finance or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage financial transactions, including budgeting and forecasting.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Provide financial guidance and support to management and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
Proven experience in finance or accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in financial software and systems.
