Finance Associate

As a Finance Associate at ShopDeck, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Financial Record Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation. - Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. - Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions. - Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and support variance analysis. - Audit Support: Facilitate internal and external audits by providing required documentation, data, and clarifications. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and Ind AS. Qualifications required for this role include: - Must have article ship experience in a reputed CA firm. - Must have qualified CA-IPCC. - Strong first-principles thinking and comfort with both 01 and scale. - Analytical, structured, and highly execution-oriented. - Familiarity with D2C/e-commerce or SaaS GTM is preferred.
