Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Head located in Bhiwandi. The Purchase Head will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with the production and finance teams, and maintaining procurement records. The Purchase Head will also be involved in developing and implementing purchasing strategies to optimize efficiency and support the company's operational goals.

Qualifications

• Procurement and Supplier Management skills, including negotiation and contract management
• Inventory Monitoring and Coordination skills
• Strategic Planning and Implementation skills in purchasing
• Experience in production coordination and financial oversight within procurement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry is a plus
