Financial Management and Compliance
• Prepare and analyze reports, presentations, and proposals for informed decision- making.
• Update and maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, journals, and ledgers, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies sorting out all anomalies with CA.
• Assist in GST filing and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate submissions in liaison with CA.
• Support the finance team of CA in auditing financial documents, verifying accuracy, and identifying discrepancies or irregularities.
• Aid in administrative finance tasks such as handling vendor payments, expense tracking, and reimbursement processing.
• Prepare Excel sheets for all financial budgeting, etc.
• Handle project finances
• Create Utilization Certificate (UC) of projects, get the expenditure audited by the CA team, and UC signed afterwards.
• Get the UC approved and signed by Partner Incubator and Nodal agency.
• Keep the data ready for external auditing of projects.
• Be in contact with the iDEX representative for each project finance-related task.
• Are a graduate/ post graduate engineer with 0 - 3 years of industrial experience
• Solid grounding in financial accounting, business modelling, and taxation
• Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and Zoho Books
• Hands-on experience with invoicing, purchasing, and TDS processes
• Familiarity with accounting standards and financial best practices
• Strong communication and time management skills
