Finance & Accounts Specialist

Location: Surat, Gujarat
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 / month

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain ledgers, journal entries, and trial balances accurately.
• Handle GST & TDS filings and ensure full compliance with statutory regulations.
• Reconcile receivables, payables, and bank statements.
• Prepare MIS reports, monthly financial summaries, and management reports.
• Assist in audits, statutory filings, and financial compliance reviews.
• Proactively identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Candidate's Profile:

• 2–3+ years of experience in accounting, GST & TDS compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and MIS preparation.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage deadlines independently.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial operations.
