Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and performance reports.
  3. Support budgeting, forecasting, and provide financial analysis for decision-making.
  4. Assist with tax compliance, including VAT, CT600 filings, audits, and cross-border taxation.
  5. Implement and maintain internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  6. Provide ad-hoc analysis, support audits, and handle finance-related queries across departments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com, BBA, MBA).
  2. 1–4 years of experience in accounting and finance roles with exposure to overseas clients.
  3. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliation, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  4. Hands-on experience in tax compliance (US/UK preferred), accounts receivable, and payable.
  5. Proficiency in accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
