Job Summary:

Finance and Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• GST Filing:

  Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and manage related compliances.

• Invoicing Oversight:

  Supervise the invoicing process to ensure accuracy, timely billing, and proper documentation.

• Tally ERP9:

  Maintain and update company financial records using Tally ERP9.

• Salary Processing:

  Manage monthly payroll, including calculations, deductions, and statutory payments.

• Bank Reconciliation:

  Perform regular bank statement reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.

• Income Tax Filing:

  Coordinate and file the organization’s income tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

• Customer Payment Follow-Up:

  Track outstanding receivables and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Maintain good rapport with clients, resolving finance-related queries professionally and promptly.

• Petty Cash Management:

  Monitor and account for petty cash expenses, ensuring proper documentation and limits are maintained.

• Vendor Order Placement:

  Coordinate with vendors, place orders as per requirements, and maintain records of purchases and payments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance and accounts management.
• Proficiency in

  Tally ERP9

  and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of

  GST

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and client-handling abilities.
