Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee and manage our company’s financial operations. This role requires strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices, hands-on experience with Tally ERP9, and the ability to manage GST and income tax compliance, salary processing, and daily financial administration. Key Responsibilities: GST Filing: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and manage related compliances. Invoicing Oversight: Supervise the invoicing process to ensure accuracy, timely billing, and proper documentation. Tally ERP9: Maintain and update company financial records using Tally ERP9. Salary Processing: Manage monthly payroll, including calculations, deductions, and statutory payments. Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank statement reconciliations to ensure data accuracy. Income Tax Filing: Coordinate and file the organization’s income tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Customer Payment Follow-Up: Track outstanding receivables and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good rapport with clients, resolving finance-related queries professionally and promptly. Petty Cash Management: Monitor and account for petty cash expenses, ensuring proper documentation and limits are maintained. Vendor Order Placement: Coordinate with vendors, place orders as per requirements, and maintain records of purchases and payments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 4 years of experience in finance and accounts management. Proficiency in Tally ERP9 and MS Excel. Strong knowledge of GST , Income Tax , and payroll processing . Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and client-handling abilities. Preferred Attributes: Experience working in a mid-sized or growing business environment. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines. Familiarity with digital payment tools and reconciliation platforms.
