Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finacle Test Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in core banking application testing, specifically Finacle, and strong skills in test case design, execution, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand functional and technical specifications related to Finacle modules (CRM, CASA, Loans, etc.)
• Create, review, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
• Perform integration, system, regression, and UAT testing
• Identify, log, and track defects in tools like JIRA or Bugzilla
• Coordinate with development and business teams to ensure timely defect resolution
• Document and maintain test evidence for audits and compliance
• Support automation efforts as per project requirements (if applicable)

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in testing Finacle core banking solutions
• Good understanding of banking processes and modules like CASA, Loans, Payments
• Experience in SQL queries and data validation
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Job Title: Finacle Test Lead

Location: Technopark, Trivandrum

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finacle Test Lead to oversee the QA strategy and execution for Finacle-based implementations. The candidate should be capable of leading a team, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring quality standards in banking software deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing efforts for Finacle implementation and enhancements
• Understand business requirements and translate them into test plans and strategy
• Manage test teams, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of test activities
• Review and sign-off test deliverables including test cases, scenarios, and reports
• Conduct defect triage meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with quality and audit processes
• Mentor junior test engineers and support knowledge sharing initiatives
• Provide input for test automation strategy and continuous improvement

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years in Finacle testing
• Strong knowledge of core banking domains: CASA, Loans, Trade Finance, Payments
• Experience leading testing teams and client interactions
• Excellent understanding of QA processes, test methodologies, and tools
• Exposure to automation and performance testing is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,692.24 - ₹150,480.04 per month
