Job Summary: The Senior Architect reports into the Head of Architecture but is also accountable to the Delivery Head Lead in the business/functional domain (aka Matrix Manager) that is being served. The individual is expected to possess deep technical expertise, potential leadership qualities & be solution oriented.

The unit (aka Chapter) is responsible for building, implementing, and enforcing common structures and guidelines for enterprise architecture and solutions practices, standards, emerged patterns and technologies to enable world-class solutions delivery and build resilient, agile and secured architecture landscape aligned with business strategy.

Achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering architecture solutions that provide exceptional business value to internal users and customers as well as ensuring common architectural standards across group. The chapter maintains all architectural blueprints and architects working in agile, platform, Infrastructure & data teams across Group IT.

Job Role & Responsibility:
Domain Competencies:

1. Develop and maintain architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices

2. Design and implement end-to-end solutions for requirements from product owners and business stakeholders

3. Developing and designing of requirements for web apps, mobile apps, microservices and its associated ecosystem in consultation with involved internal departments and subsidiaries.

4. Utilize best practices for app design, user interface, and overall architecture.

5. Ensuring that all designs are created according to internal development best practices and based on user journeys, wireframes & architectural patterns.

6. 5+ years of experience designing applications (web & mobile), microservices &APIs.

7. 5+ years of experience working with cloud native technologies such as containers, service mesh, Kubernetes/OpenShift and virtualization

8. 3+ years of work experience in Cyber/Information Security.

9. Collaborate with the Information security team to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of bank's data assets Technical Competencies

1. Strong all-round knowledge of software engineering, architecture & cyber security

2. Experience with building end-end design patterns & solutions by ensuring a balance of user experience, performance, resiliency, reliability & security

3. Experience integrating an application with surrounding eco-systems & technologies

including but not limited to mobile apps, micro- services, containers/ cloud-native technologies, event-streams, APIs, message-brokers and the like

4. Deep understanding of architectural patterns like micro-services, APIs & app development (mobile and application)

5. Deep understanding of security concepts like Authentication, Authorization, Encryption, Logging/Monitoring, Application Security

(OWASP Top10), Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security & Regulations

6. Good experience of enterprise architecture tools (Enterprise Architect), data modeling tools.

7. Experience working with cloud platforms such

as OpenShift, Azure, AWS & OCI Behavioral Competencies

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
