Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Odisha, India. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for our customers. Day-to-day tasks include field service visits, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, and offering customer service to resolve any issues and provide optimal solutions.

Qualifications

Field Service, Preventive Maintenance skills
Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience in environmental monitoring and emissions control is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
