This role is crucial and involves supporting sign board fabrication within our factory and assisting with the professional fitting and installation of finished media (hoardings, signages, etc.) at various field sites across Hyderabad and the surrounding region. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player, physically fit, and dedicated to safety and quality. 🏭 Core ResponsibilitiesThis position has dual responsibilities, split between factory work and field installations: I. Factory/Workshop SupportProduction Assistance: Assist skilled technicians (Welders, Fabricators, Painters) with tasks like cutting materials, sanding, polishing, cleaning, and preparing components for sign boards. Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize raw materials (metal, flex, vinyl, acrylic) and finished goods within the workshop and storage area. Inventory & Tool Management: Keep track of workshop tools, ensure they are in good working order, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Vehicle Loading: Carefully assist in loading finished sign boards and necessary installation equipment onto transport vehicles for field deployment. II. Field Installation & FittingOn-Site Setup: Assist the installation team with preparing the worksite, setting up safety barriers, and unloading tools and sign components. Installation Support: Actively participate in the fitting, mounting, and securing of various advertising media (e.g., billboards, glow sign boards, wall wraps) at elevated or challenging locations. Tool Operation: Safely handle and operate basic power and hand tools (e.g., drills, wrenches, measuring tapes) under supervision. Site Cleanup: Ensure that the installation site is thoroughly cleaned and cleared of all debris and packaging materials after the work is complete. Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, especially when working at heights, including wearing harnesses and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). 💡 Key RequirementsPhysical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 25 kg), stand for long periods, and work comfortably at heights (with proper safety training and equipment). Work Experience: Prior experience in a factory/industrial environment, construction, fabrication, or installation/fitting of sign boards is a major advantage. (Optional: Mention if freshers are also welcome) Basic Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with common hand tools and basic power tools. Punctuality: Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours, as installation schedules can be demanding. Teamwork: Ability to follow instructions clearly and work effectively as part of a small, dynamic team.
