Perform routine servicing of DG sets as per schedule. Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) and annual maintenance contract (AMC) activities. Inspect, diagnose and repair diesel engines, alternators, starters, batteries, controllers etc. Handle breakdown calls and provide on-site troubleshooting and rectification. Check fuel system, cooling system, lubrication, filters, belts, hoses, wiring and safety controls. Maintain service reports, checklists and documentation for each job. Ensure proper handling of tools and follow safety procedures. Support installation and commissioning of DG sets when required. Coordinate with the service supervisor for spares or technical support. Provide customer support and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
