Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing and servicing kitchen chimneys and hobs, ensuring high customer satisfaction through prompt, professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation of kitchen chimneys and hobs at customer premises.

• Conduct routine maintenance, service, and repairs for installed units.

• Provide technical assistance and educate customers on safe and proper usage.

• Ensure installations comply with standard safety and brand protocols.

• Maintain service records using mobile apps or service logs.

• Handle customer complaints or escalations and resolve them efficiently.

• Coordinate with the service center and regional office for spare parts or escalated technical support.

• Follow up for feedback and satisfaction rating after job completion.

• Adhere to daily schedules and complete assigned service tickets on time. 

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a relevant field.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in chimney and hob installations and servicing.

• Experience with brands like Elica, Faber, Kaff, Glen, Hindware, etc., is a plus.

• Familiar with basic wiring, ducting, gas connection, and mounting processes.

• Ability to read installation manuals and follow technical instructions.

Other Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.

• Willing to travel extensively within assigned region.
