Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and versatile Field Service Technician with strong expertise in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV, Security Alarm, and Fire Alarm systems. This role requires extensive field work, primarily involving visits to bank branches and other commercial establishments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality of these critical systems, providing exceptional on-site service, and assisting with payment follow-ups. Responsibilities: Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of CCTV surveillance systems (IP and Analog), including cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and associated networking equipment. Install, program, and service various security alarm systems, including control panels, sensors (PIR, door/window contacts), and communication modules. Conduct installation, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, including control panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, and hooters. Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site for all three system types (CCTV, Security Alarm, Fire Alarm) efficiently and effectively. Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks to ensure system reliability and compliance. Prepare detailed service reports, installation documentation, and maintain accurate records of work performed. Provide technical support and guidance to clients on system operation and basic troubleshooting. Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures during field operations. Effectively manage work schedules and prioritize service calls to meet deadlines. Communicate professionally and clearly with bank branch staff and other clients. Follow up on pending payments at the branch level after service visits, ensuring timely collection and reporting to the finance department. Qualifications: Mandatory: Proven experience (minimum 1 years) as a technician with hands-on experience in all three domains: CCTV, Security Alarm, and Fire Alarm systems. In-depth knowledge of various CCTV technologies (IP, Analog), network configurations, and video management software. Strong understanding of security alarm system architecture, wiring, and programming. Familiarity with fire alarm system standards, components, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a field-based environment. Mandatory: Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and a reliable two-wheeler for daily commute to client sites. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office) for reporting and documentation. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, if required for urgent service calls. Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
