Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Field Service Engineer specializing in Relay Protection, ACB & MCCB Troubleshooting, and Electrical Panel Maintenance. The role involves fault analysis, preventive & corrective maintenance, commissioning, and on-site support for LV/HV electrical systems. The candidate will work directly with clients to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform relay protection testing, settings, and calibration for LV/HV systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair ACBs, MCCBs, and electrical panel issues.
• Conduct fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Carry out preventive & corrective maintenance of switchgear and electrical panels.
• Lead commissioning & testing of electrical systems at client sites.
• Provide on-site problem-solving and technical support during breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
• Prepare service reports, documentation, and maintenance records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in field service / electrical maintenance.
• Strong expertise in relay protection settings, ACB/MCCB troubleshooting, and electrical panel servicing.
• Hands-on experience in LV & HV systems (up to [insert kV as applicable]).
• Knowledge of testing instruments (primary & secondary injection kits, insulation testers, multimeters, etc.).
• Ability to work independently on-site and resolve client issues.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with power distribution systems, switchgear, and substations.
• Knowledge of IEC/IS standards and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with SCADA, PLC, or automation systems (added advantage).
• Willingness to travel for on-site service and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,064.55 - ₹27,396.76 per month
