They ensure that the products or systems are functioning correctly and meeting performance standards. *Qualifications:* - A degree or diploma in a relevant engineering field. - Strong technical and troubleshooting skills. - Knowledge of relevant software and tools. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Physical fitness for handling equipment and working on-site. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Install, configure, and set up equipment or systems according to specifications. 2. Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. 3. Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions or technical issues. 4. Provide technical support to customers and address their queries or concerns. 5. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements. 6. Document service activities, including reports on maintenance and repairs. 7. Keep abreast of new technologies and product developments. 8. Train customers or colleagues on the proper use and maintenance of equipment. 9. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working with machinery. 10. Travel to customer locations to perform on-site service when necessary. 11. Inhouse repair work or testing of the necessary components or accessories like electrodes or conductivity cells etc.
