Service Engineer - JD - Assist in installation, configuration, and commissioning of laboratory equipment such as Blood Bank Centrifuges, Blood Tube Sealers, Osmometers, Laboratory Pipetting And Liquid Handling Products, Deep Freezers, Biological Safety Cabinets, Anaerobic Chamber And Glove Box, etc. Conduct basic system testing and calibration after installation. Perform preventive maintenance as per service schedules. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment Support customers with remote troubleshooting when necessary. Ensure minimal downtime and timely resolution of service calls. Address customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required. Prepare service reports, installation documents, maintenance logs, and warranty records. Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely availability of replacement parts.
