Job Summary:

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery at customer sites. The ideal candidate should have a passion for machines, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out installation and commissioning of machines at customer sites as per company standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines to ensure minimal downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or control-related issues in machines.
• Conduct pre-installation site inspections and report readiness for installation.
• Maintain accurate service reports, installation checklists, and feedback forms.
• Provide technical guidance and basic operational training to customers.
• Coordinate with the service office for spare parts and technical documentation.
• Ensure timely communication and professional conduct with customers.
• Support the sales and application team in machine demonstrations or trials.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronics Diploma / Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial machinery service (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).
• Basic understanding of electro-mechanical systems, hydraulics, and CNC controls preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Tamil/Kannada is an added advantage).
• Willingness to travel extensively and work independently at customer sites.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
