Job Summary: The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery at customer sites. The ideal candidate should have a passion for machines, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Carry out installation and commissioning of machines at customer sites as per company standards. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines to ensure minimal downtime. Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or control-related issues in machines. Conduct pre-installation site inspections and report readiness for installation. Maintain accurate service reports, installation checklists, and feedback forms. Provide technical guidance and basic operational training to customers. Coordinate with the service office for spare parts and technical documentation. Ensure timely communication and professional conduct with customers. Support the sales and application team in machine demonstrations or trials. Qualifications & Skills: B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronics Diploma / Engineering. 1–3 years of experience in industrial machinery service (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply). Basic understanding of electro-mechanical systems, hydraulics, and CNC controls preferred. Ability to read technical drawings and manuals. Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Tamil/Kannada is an added advantage). Willingness to travel extensively and work independently at customer sites.
